قناع للعناية ببشرة اليدين الجافة

مكونات قناع مغدي لليدين الجافتين
ملعقة كبيرة عصير الحامض
ملعقة صغيرة كليسيرين
 glycérine يباع في الصيديلة
ملعقة صغيرة خميرة العجين
ملعقة صغيرة زيت اللوز
طريقة تحضير قناع مغدي لليدين الجافتين
في اناء توضع الخميرة يضاف اليها عصير الحامض يمزج الكل جيدا حتى الحصول على خليط لين
يضاف الكلسيرين ثم يوضح الخليط على نار هادئة مع التحريك ثم يترد ليبرد
تطلى اليدان بهذا القناع مدة 20 دقيقة
تغسل بالماء الدافئ و تنشف جيدا ثم تدلك من الاسفل الى الاعلى بزيت اللوز
