اخلطي البيض مع الزيت و الحليب والدقيق و الخميرة
اضيفي التونة و الفروماج محكوك
افرغي الخليط في قوالب الكيك صغيرة و اطهيها في الفرن لمدة 20 دقيقة
يقدم مع سلطة خضراء
