الطحين حسب الخليط
شكولاطة للتزيين

يخلط الكل أخيرا الطحين وخميرة الحلوى
تقسم العجين الى كويرات
تمدد و تقطع بالكاس
تصف في صواني مدهونة بالزيت وتثقب

وبكيس مملوء بالشكولاط المذابة مع قليل من الزيت نقوم بتزيين الحلوى ،نعمل خطوط
