 المكونات:
ملعقة صغيرة خميرة +قليل من الماء + كبسولة من فيتامين (أ)
طريقة تحضير خلطة تسمين الوجه:
امزجي ملعقة الخميرة مع القليل من الماء ثم اضيفي إليهم كبسولة الفيتامين، وضعي المزيج على بشرتك لمدة 10 دقائق، مع الابتعاد عن منطقة العينين.

مع المداومة على خلطة تسمين الوجه أسبوعياً ستلاحظين بنفسك الفارق في بشرتك، ولكن إذا أردتي مزيداً
